More than just dance, we provide opportunities for our dancers to learn, expand their life skills and gain confidence. Most importantly, we strive to instill a love of dance through fun and enjoyable experiences.

With over 25 years of dance education experience ,school principal Niki Forbes prides herself on knowing every pupil by name and treating each as valued class member, every dancer at Waterfront is special to us.
All of our experienced dance instructors hold professional dance teaching qualifications , are fully PVG checked, first aid trained and insured. As dance educators we focus on providing a strong technical background in a safe, positive , encouraging environment
Tiny Twirlers from the age of 2 dance with a participating adult at this fantastic introductory class.
Pay as you go, no term commitment
Tues 9.15-9.45. Sat 9.45-10.15
A progression from Tutu Tots this class is for pre-school children from the age of 3 who are ready to dance without parental support. first steps are gently introduced through imagination, rhyme and song.
For children in their first years of primary school our Little Stars programme introduces a more formal class structure with yearly progression. Both Ballet and upbeat dance are included and there's also the option of beginners Acro in our Trickstars class.

Whilst boys are welcome at all our classes,we understand that the dominance of girls can be off-putting .This is a class just for boys P1-P4 .
High energy but still structured and progressive, we explore many movement styles without genre specific labelling.
No dance gear required, just shorts, t-shirts, bare feet and enthusiasm !

Classical Ballet and Commercial Jazz are at the heart of what we teach. We believe that these two complimenting styles provide the fundamental foundations for all of the dance disciplines and as such form the core of our training strategy.
Acro and Lyrical are offered as additional classes as pupils progress.
Whilst many of our dancers choose to undertake several hours of training each week we recognise that many teens may want to dance with little or no previous experience purely for fun, fitness and socialising .
This class offers just that - upbeat dance in a friendly, relaxed, no pressure class
Adult classes are offered by third party studio hires. These should be booked direct with the instructor.
