Pilates

 Physio Led Pilates classes run from Monday to Friday. The classes are all mat based and small in size. 

 

BootyBarre

Bootybarre is a fun , energetic workout that fuses techniques form dance, yoga and pilates that will  tone ,define and chisel the whole body.
